1. Acceptance

By accessing and using the Centro de Reciclaje de Altiplano website (the "Site") you accept these Terms of use. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the Site. Continued use implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of service

Centro de Reciclaje de Altiplano provides integrated industrial waste management in Altiplano, Bajío and central Mexico. The Site provides information about our services:

  • Collection with containers for material separation.
  • Safe transport and handling of waste.
  • Purchase of materials with recycling value.
  • Dismantling of industrial and commercial facilities.
  • Industrial and commercial cleaning.

The Site is for information only. Services are contracted through direct agreements between Centro de Reciclaje de Altiplano and the client.

3. Permitted use

When using the Site you agree to:

  • Use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including the internal panel, or to its systems.
  • Not send false or misleading information through the contact form, the virtual assistant or WhatsApp.
  • Not transmit illegal or harmful material, or material that infringes third-party rights.
  • Not engage in activities that damage, overload or impair the Site.

4. Panel accounts

Access to the internal panel is personal and non-transferable. Each user is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity on their account, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Business identity

The trade name and logo of Centro de Reciclaje de Altiplano identify our company and must not be used to represent third parties or suggest a business relationship without authorization. Third-party resources used on the Site (for example, Google Fonts typefaces) belong to their authors and are used under their licenses.

6. Contact form and virtual assistant

By sending us information you state that it is true and accurate. We may not reply to incomplete or false requests, or to requests unrelated to our services. Sending a form creates no contractual obligation; quotes and agreements are formalized separately. Prices mentioned by the virtual assistant are approximate: the final price is confirmed in the quote.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site's content is provided "as is" and for information purposes. We do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
  • Prices, conditions and availability shown are indicative and may change without notice.
  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., and the parties waive any other jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site.
